This is Ariel Cola from that Disney Channel movie, "Stepsister from Planet Weird."  
That's a funny movie, and I liked her clothes, so I drew her!  I love the way her
true form is a bubble and her diction!  And she has cool pajamas.  You can't be
cool unless you've got some cool pajamas.
